Sascha Henry is a partner at Sheppard Mullin’s Business Trial Practice Group. She is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and the Class Actions and Derivative Suits Committee, and she is also on the Women’s Advocate Committee, a part of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation. Sascha Henry has received several awards for her work, including having been named The Recorder’s 2012 Attorney of the Year. She was also recognized by the Daily Journal in its 2012 Top Women Lawyers list and Top 20 Under 40 list.
Holding a bachelor of arts from Pennsylvania State University and a JD from the University of Minnesota, Ms. Henry appears before both federal and state trial courts. Focusing her practice in the areas of consumer class actions and complex business litigation, she has represented companies in a wide range of industries, from food and beverage to real estate development. She has also litigated issues specifically related to RESPA, sovereign immunity, and privacy rights.
Sascha Henry’s has been invited to several conferences as a speaker. During 2012 and 2013, she spoke at the CLE International Conferences and the CLE International’s Class Actions Conference on topics relating to class action laws in motion and trends in false advertising law.
